THE TIGER AND THE POLARBEAR
Gallery Saevers Karls, Reykjavik, "Creep, evil, gay, The Bebop Kid"

The installation consists of several abstract paintings painted by us, 2000 dices scattered on the floor, sugar painted on the walls of the gallery, burned chess table, smoke, recordings of us having a conversation about art, live and the atomic bomb while listening to Jazz music. Each day of the exhibition there was a young man present, the bebop kid, a different one each time. He was sitting on a chair, smoking cigarettes and building structures out of playing cards. The gallery was filled with smoke and darkness. This was our view of the Reykjavik atmosphere, we took the bohemian cliché viewpoint.
